1820 Single Direction Horizontal Cheese cutting machine

1820 Genmac Horizontal Champ

  • Cuts cheese blocks or other wire-cuttable products into uniform portions for retail purposes or further processing, such as dicing, shredding, melting, or blending
  • Product can be cut in any direction (14” side, 11” side, or 7” side)
  • Harp is easily removed for cleaning and wire change
  • Comes with an adjustable speed control
  • Uses 4 CFM at 80 PSI of air to operate.

3000LD Tu-Way

  • The 3000LD Tu-Way Genmac cheese cutter has a discharge height of 35” with an angled chute, and 40” with a straight chute
  • The infeed height is 35” with casters
  • Cuts 40# cheese blocks or any wire-cuttable product into uniform pieces prior to packaging or further processing such as dicing, shredding, melt-down, etc. 
  • Accurately portions cheese blocks up to 7″ x 11″ x 14″
  • Air-operated, two-direction cutting
  • Automatic feed and discharge
  • Cuts up to one 40# block per minute
  • Optional casters
  • Two direction cutting – vertical and horizontal
  • Cheese portions are discharged via a gravity chute or on a level tray
  • Cutting is done inside a safety bay with a guarded enclosure and sliding lock-out door
  • Plexi side plates protect the horizontal ram
  • Pneumatically operated using 4 CFM at 80 psi
  • Wire harps are equipped with individual wire tensioners
