GenMac’s Model 3005 Tu-Way resembles the 3005-LD Tu-Way but features a throat that’s 5″ taller, allowing it to handle larger blocks—ideal for 50–55 lb butter blocks (typically 12” x 12” x 12”), which won’t fit in the 3005-LD. The 3005 capabilities include taller products like butter, tofu, date paste, soft shea butter, and some specialty cheeses.
